Based in the Dungannon area my client is one of the biggestplayers within the Quarry Machinery sector who design and manufacture varioustypes of screeners, crushers and similar types of machinery. Due to expansionthey have created the brand new additional role of Quality Manager. This is theperfect time to join the company and get involved with their ongoing expansion.On offer is a market leading salary, 10% bonus, 5% pension, private healthcare,32 holidays and a 38 hour working week with a finish at 1.30pm every Friday.Beyond the excellent package available they offer a fantastic work environmentand are known within the industry for their very friendly and team playingculture.

Role –Quality Manager

·Responsible for the internal control of the Qualityfunction and provide support within operations.

·Lead and develop the Quality Management System, strivingfor best in class products and business practices to deliver the customers expectations,managing teams and quality improvement projects.

·Working closely with the Supplier Quality Managerto grow the quality and reliability of our products.

·Strategic responsibility for implementing a Qualitystrategy and strategic operational goals to exceed customer expectations for productquality

·Optimising production quality levels and supportingoperational excellence within the manufacturing sites

·Work closely with internal and external stakeholdersincluding Sales, Engineering and Aftermarket regarding technical support of theiractivities

·Ensuring customer satisfaction is a top priority

Person –Quality Manager

·Provenexperienceinleadinga qualityteam either as a SeniorQuality Engineer or as a Quality Manager within a manufacturing environment.
