SalaryTripod Partners is looking to place a qualified social worker as a Senior Practitioner to support the Head of Service for practice quality and improvement in Walsall.
Role Duties:
- To drive forward the quality assurance framework across children social care and wider children services
- To manage and co-ordinate quality assurance activity and across the directorate and provide specialist support and advice to the relevant managers
- To undertake audit and moderation activity and deliver on audit reports such as child journey audits.
- To support the development of improvement plans based on findings from quality assurance activity and provide assurance that those plans are being implemented effectively and leading to improvement.
- To support, develop and deliver training where required to ensure managers and senior school staff have the skills, knowledge and understanding to undertake quality assurance activity.
Pay Rate: Up to £33.30 per hour
