We are looking for an organised, dedicated and committed individual ready to step up to the next level as a Quality Officer.

Key Responsibilities
Promoting care staff personal development
Carer spot checks and medication competency checks
Undertaking new service user assessments and developing their personalised care plan
Service user reviews
Supporting the care coordinators when required
Auditing of medication
On-call duties to include 10 x on-call shifts a month including one weekend (includes additional payment)
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Experience in Home Care
A full driving licence and a car are essential
Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
Respect for Confidentiality
Dedication & Commitment to display empathy and understanding
Ability to work to deadlines
NVQ/QCF 2 Health and Social Care Essential – Level 3 desirable
