Job Description
Procter & Gamble (P&G) is one of the world’s leading companies in the manufacture of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), making globally admired brands such as Gillette, Pampers, Fairy and Oral-B.
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Quality Systems Leader, who will develop and maintain the Quality Systems at site level.
Responsibilities:
Lead the site systems capability when it comes to the usage of Veeva (the site Quality Systems).
Manage the site quality document management system (Veeva Docs) and continuous improvement system (eQMS).
Lead the digital innovation piece in the area of site quality management.
Oversees the site pest control program.
Manages the quality SOP system on site and represent the quality in the site E-Learning & Training pillar.
Deploy global/regional standards within the site quality team.
Please note this is a day-based, rather than a shift-based role, you'll generally work 40 hours per week, however there will be occasions when working outside of these hours will be required.

Job Qualifications
Key skills and experience:
Quality assurance or relevant experience in manufacturing.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
Experience of computer programming coupled with a passion for digitisation.
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
Knowledge of industry-specific compliance and quality standards.
Preference to be degree-qualified in the areas of engineering or life sciences.
