Quantity Surveyor

Our clients are a regional developer and are currently looking for an Intermediate to Senior level Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team

Ideally this person will be based in the Worcestershire area or the surrounding regions and have previous experience within the residential sector.

The successful candidate will work on residential schemes within the region with days working from a regional office and the occasional opportunity to work from home (depending on project requirements).

Successful applicants will meet the following criteria:

• Minimum 4-5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally with residential/ house-builder experience or knowledge.
• Preferably come from a HNC or above background in Quantity Surveying, however we will also consider candidates who have progressed within a company to gain their QS experience.
• Knowledge of experience of COINS system would be advantageous, if not then training can be provided.
