Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects.
Duties:
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
- Conduct feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labor costs
- Negotiate and prepare contracts with subcontractors and vendors
- Monitor project progress and costs throughout the construction process
- Perform risk analysis evaluations
- Manage project finances, including tracking variations and controlling costs
- Prepare and submit final accounts
Skills:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or in a similar role
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes
- Proficiency in relevant software tools
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Experience in cost control
