SalaryAs a Quantity Surveyor for them you will be responsible for 2-3 projects at one time and will be mixture of site and office based.
Duties and responsibilities will include;
- Working with the Commercial Manager to ensure successful delivery of projects
- Undertaking costing analysis, take-offs, and procurement schedules
- Monthly reporting
- Applications for payment
- Identifying and negotiating variations
- Material requisitions to the Buying department
- Attend meetings with clients and colleagues
- Approve Sub-Contractor valuations
- Final Account agreements
About The Candidate
- Proven record in surveying for the drylining industry, although they will consider candidates from a main contracting background
- Preferably graduate in a Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of the fit-out industry
- Familiar with site visits and client-facing activity
