Job details:
For people interested in starting a career in Railway Engineering. No experience needed.
We offer full training and qualifications then provided full and part time employment through our various partners.

Training:
The initial training period will be practical and theory lasting a total of 30 days. During this time you will learn several skills such as railway skills, maintenance and construction.
Work Experience:
There is a 14 work experience period where you receive railway specific qualifications such as Personal Track Safety (PTS), Track Induction (TIC) and Overhead Lines Engineering Construction (OLEC 1).
Role Responsibilities:
The role involves the maintenance and construction of tracks, as well as the inspection of tracks to ensure safety and efficiency. Responsibilities include performing risk assessments, handling manual tasks, and utilizing small tools and equipment effectively.
