As a Barclays Rates Trade Processing Business Analyst, you will be the project lead and manager of stakeholder-facing Systems Analysts working across several strategic programmes as agreed with management. You will provide face to face interaction/support to trading desk heads, traders and trading business managers on a regular basis in order to deliver commercial opportunities committed for the foreseeable future.

What will you be doing?
- Being accountable for designing technical architectures
- Providing inputs in the technical design / architecture of a first-of-a-kind distributed ledger system (DLT)
- Working with global team members to delivery revolutionary post-trade F2B architecture
- Soliciting business / functional requirements and providing technical steer to business outcomes
- Proposing technology innovations that will solve the business problems in a fast paced and ever changing / evolving environment
- Working across multiple different teams and functions
What we’re looking for:
- Experience with trade capture platforms and trading venues
- Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- Ability to work with a range of stakeholders and IT teams to build in-depth knowledge of products, processes, applications as well as current issues and required changes
- Excellent Triage and high-level analysis skills including impact assessment, feasibility studies, analysis of dependencies
Skills that will help you in the role:
- Familiarity with Macro products and proven in depth knowledge of at least one Capital Markets asset class (which could include Macro)
- Solid knowledge of development practices and lifecycle
- Knowledge of SQL
- Knowledge of XML and XSLT
