About the role
The R&D Operations Junior Associate provides R&D support to a designated range of Reckitt products, with a focus on new revenue protection and enabling incremental net growth, revenue growth and compliance of the brands. Working in collaboration with R&D or other R&D Operations departments to secure the implementation of projects specific to his/her product category(s), geographical area and industrial sites.
Your responsibilities
- Gaining knowledge of and applying Healthcare procedures
- Local or regional set-up of NPDs/EPDs developed by Category.
- Local or regional support for factory, supply, marketing, or R&D projects
- Support for Quality to solve quality problems linked to formulation.
- Provide clear product descriptions and all local constraints in terms of raw materials and Marketing claims.
- Provide technical support to prepare proofs of marketing claims, working together with R&D, Legal and Regulatory departments and to also prepare product record files.
- Assist and advise Production during industrial trials.
- Participate to some minor works on product reformulation.
- Work together with Legal and R&D departments to address competitors challenges.
- Work together with Quality and other R&D Operations departments to resolve consumer complaints.
The experience we're looking for
- Education to Degree Level (Chemistry)
- R&D experience is desirable
- Working in a GMP environment is desirable
- Experience of project management and problem solving
