• They are known for pioneering innovative and sustainable Real Estate throughout the UK.
• Their vision is to redefine urban spaces, promoting vibrant, eco-conscious, and culturally rich environments.
• They are now looking for a Business Development Director to take the company and grow it!

Role Description:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Business Development strategy for the Property Management platform, aimed at achieving significant growth and profitability.
• Aspire to take on a directorial role within the business, contributing to strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
• Possess a track record of successfully winning and expanding Property Management business, demonstrating the ability to attract new clients and grow existing accounts.
• Take ownership of the Property Management platform and drive initiatives to supercharge its growth, potentially leading it as a Managing Director (MD) or Property Management Director.
• Be motivated to work for a smaller business with the potential for substantial growth, actively contributing to its expansion.
• Oversee and lead a team of 24 professionals within the platform, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Contribute to financial success by managing a platform with a current turnover of £10 million pounds, ensuring its profitability, to push it to new heights
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships and relationships with key stakeholders in the Property Management industry.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions, utilizing this knowledge to make informed business decisions.

Requirements:

• Be based in either Manchester or London, with the ability to travel as needed.
• Possess strong leadership skills and the vision to lead the Property Management platform as a director.
• Have a proven background in the Property Management industry, ideally with experience in major firms.
• Demonstrate a track record of business-winning and the ability to formulate and implement successful growth strategies.
• Show enthusiasm for taking ownership of the Property Management platform and driving its expansion.
• Be capable of effectively managing a team of 24 professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and success.
• Have experience managing businesses with a turnover ranging from 8 to 10 million pounds, with a focus on profitability.
• Possess the ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships within the Property Management industry.
• Prioritize client satisfaction and retention, ensuring strong client relationships.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics, using this knowledge for strategic decision-making.
• Be adaptable to the dynamic and evolving nature of the Property Management business.
• Ideally, the candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in the Property Management sector.

Package:

• Up to £125K DOE + Benefits + Bonus
