Key Responsibilities:
As a Real Estate Solicitor specializing in Energy, you will:
- Provide high-quality legal advice to clients in the energy sector, with a focus on Real Estate matters.
- Handle a diverse range of Real Estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and property development.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues from various departments to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to client matters.
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide strategic advice to clients on complex Real Estate issues.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with 1 years PQE.
- A genuine interest in the Energy sector and building a career in it.
- Strong legal research, analytical, and drafting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
