My client is an independent specialist in property finance and capital structuring with global reach.
They are a London-based company tailors’ financial solutions for commercial and residential properties worldwide, providing expertise in construction financing, bridge financing, mezzanine financing, senior term lending, and bespoke financing solutions for luxury resorts and branded residences.
They have closed over £1.8bn worth of loans and offers timely strategic advice on Real Estate management issues.
- This is a full-time on-site Partner role located in London.
- The Partner will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Real Estate investors, developers, and private clients, providing expert guidance on their financing requirements.
- The Partner will negotiate, and structure tailored financial solutions for commercial and residential properties worldwide.
- The Partner will use excellent interpersonal skills to develop a deep understanding of clients' requirements and identify the best suitable structure available.
- Working on larger transactions from £10mill to £150 Mill (Typically), as well as deals up to £500mill
Experience and qualifications;
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
- Expertise in financial analysis, financial modelling, and risk management
- Ability to structure complex deals and negotiate with clients.
- Deep knowledge of Real Estate financing, construction financing, bridge financing, mezzanine financing, senior term lending, and bespoke financing solutions for luxury resorts and branded residences
- Experience in managing a portfolio of clients and developing new business opportunities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Real Estate, Business Management, or related field, master’s degree
- Professional qualification such as CFA, CPA, or ACCA etc
- Ability to identify market trends and provide strategic advice to clients.
- International experience not only UK.
