SalaryMy client is an award winning, highly regarded law firm which is growing fast. They are looking for a Legal Secretary to join their Real Estate department. This role is to provide support to 10 Fee Earners.
With the potential to take on junior level fee earning work under supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing full secretarial and administrative support.
- Opening and closing files.
- Liaising with clients and dealing with enquires.
- Organising the Fee Earners diaries and making appointments.
- Preparing relevant documents.
- Audio typing.
- Assist Fee Earners with caseload and undertake some junior level fee earning work under supervision.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Legal Secretary/ Legal Assistant experience within the Property department.
- Strong typing skills and IT literate.
- Data entry skills will be essential as well as good attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
- Applicants must possess at least 5 GCSE’s Grade A* to C including Maths and English.

- Competitive salary between £25,000 - £28,000.
