Real Estate Purchase Ledger Supervisor. OUR CLIENT is a private property investment who own a range of properties across the UK including some iconic buildings in Mayfair. They have instructed us to help them find a Purchase Ledger Supervisor.

THE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES of the Purchase Ledger Supervisor:

• Managing the full accounts payable / Purchase Ledger function.
• Processing invoices and obtaining authorisation.
• Coding the invoices to the correct department.
• Preparing BACS runs.
• Ensuring all payments are allocated to the suppliers’ accounts.
• Reconciling supplier statements to ledger balances.
• Working with the finance team to complete implementation of a system.
• Making changes / improvements and streamlining processes.
• Assisting with the preparation and posting of journals.
• Assisting with service charge reconciliations.

THE ROLE REQUIREMENTS and SKILLS for the Purchase Ledger Supervisor:

• Have at least 5 years Purchase Ledger experience within the property sector.
• Proven track record of managing the Purchase Ledger function independently.
• Experience of using a property system such as TRAMPS, MRI or YARDI.
• Strong communications skills.
