Description
- Assisting with the preparation of legal documents related to Real Estate Finance transactions.
- Conducting thorough legal research to support case handling.
- Coordinating with other team members and delegating tasks effectively.
- Reviewing and advising on contractual agreements.
- Ensuring compliance with all legal regulations and guidelines.
- Communicating with clients and other parties involved in transactions.
- Providing support for all areas of the legal department as needed.
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in Real Estate and finance law.
Profile
A successful Real Estate Finance Paralegal should have:
- A solid understanding of Real Estate Finance law.
- Experience in Real Estate Finance within a law firm (minimum 6 months)
- LPC is essential
- Proven abilities in team leadership and task delegation.
- Superior research and analytical skills.
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- A commitment to providing excellent client service.
