Real Estate Senior / Managing Associate

We are delighted to be supporting a highly regarded national firm who are looking to recruit an experienced residential development lawyer to join their thriving housebuilding and strategic land team based in Birmingham or Nottingham.

The team is one of the largest in the firm and is continuing to expand, acting for most of the top-10 house builders as well as local and national developers, housing associations, landowners (from individuals to major Plc regeneration companies), local authorities, investors and promoters in the residential development and strategic land sectors.

The successful candidate with have gained circa 5-10 PQE acting for house builders, promoters, developers, landowners, housing associations and local authorities. You will be comfortable building strong client relationships and ideally have developed some clients of your own.

You will be familiar with routine residential development transactions and experience of more complex transactions such as conditional and unconditional contracts, options, golden-brick and other affordable housing transactions will be of particular interest.

This role affords a clear path for progression within a collaborative and flourishing team.
This is a full-time permanent position with flexible working and can be based in Birmingham or Nottingham.
