Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Real Estate Solicitor to join our successful team in Liverpool. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in advising clients on various Real Estate transactions, ensuring seamless and efficient processes from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of Real Estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects.
- Conduct thorough due diligence, draft contracts, and negotiate terms on behalf of clients, adhering to legal and regulatory standards.
- Provide strategic counsel to clients on property-related matters, including land use planning and investment opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, developers, lenders, and local authorities, to facilitate successful outcomes.
- Resolve legal issues and mitigate risks throughout the transaction process, advocating for clients' best interests.
- Stay up to date with legal developments and market trends in Real Estate
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor/legal executive with a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in Real Estate law.
- Demonstrated expertise in handling a variety of Real Estate transactions, encompassing commercial and residential matters.
- Strong proficiency in drafting legal documents, conducting due diligence, and negotiating terms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
