Position: Real Estate Solicitor
Location: Liverpool City Centre
Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum

Role and Responsibilities:
 
Managing a diverse portfolio of commercial property cases.
Advising clients on a wide range of property transactions and agreements.
Conducting due diligence, negotiations, and drafting legal documents.

Maintaining and nurturing strong client relationships.
 
Requirements:
 
Qualified Solicitor with substantial experience in commercial property law.
Demonstrated ability to handle complex transactions and deliver high-quality legal work.
Strong client management and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical abilities.
