Job Title: Associate Solicitor - Real Estate (Public Sector)

The successful candidate will play a key role in advising Public Sector clients on complex property transactions and projects. Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of Real Estate matters for Public Sector clients, including acquisitions, disposals, and leases of commercial property.
- Provide strategic advice and guidance to clients on property development projects, regeneration schemes, and asset management initiatives.
- Conduct due diligence reviews and negotiate contractual agreements, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and client objectives.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across different practice areas, including planning, construction, and finance, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building and maintaining strong relationships through effective communication and exceptional client service.
- Stay updated on relevant legislation and industry developments to provide clients with informed and proactive legal advice.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years of PQE in Real Estate law, with a focus on advising Public Sector clients.
- Demonstrated experience in handling a wide range of Real Estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and leases.
- Strong technical skills and a thorough understanding of property law, planning regulations, and Public Sector procurement processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Commercial acumen and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
- Membership of the Law Society of England and Wales (or equivalent qualification) is essential.
