Administrator/Receptionist - Ipswich
Our client are currently looking for a Temporary Administrator/Receptionist to join the team.
This is a temporary position starting immediately, with a duration of four weeks minimum. The working hours are from 8am to 4pm Monday to Thursday, and 8am to 3:30pm on Fridays.
Responsibilities:
- Answering calls and assisting with any inquiries or directing them to the appropriate staff members.
- Greeting and assisting visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
- Providing support to students, addressing their needs and concerns in a friendly and empathetic manner.
- Assisting with photocopying documents and preparing teaching materials for our dedicated educators.
- Covering reception duties during lunchtime, ensuring smooth operations and professionalism.
- Supporting the IT department with administrative tasks as needed.
You must have an enhanced DBS check to apply for this position as it is based within a school.
