My client, a well-established property and project management services company is seeking an Office/Accounts Administrator to join their team. Founded in 1993, the company has been providing services to a wide range of residential and commercial developments in from their offices in London Docklands and Hertfordshire.
Seeking an individual with a flexible and professional in your working approach when providing full reception and administration support as part of a team.
Role Responsibilities
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the correct person
- Answering enquiries in person, by telephone and email
- Inputting invoices onto QuickBooks
- Providing general administration and clerical support
- Accounts database entries and ad hoc tasks
- Keeping the electronic and paper filing system up to date
- Responsible for ordering stationery and office supplies
- Completing ad hoc tasks when required
- Having an awareness of staff movement within the business
- Receiving, sorting, and opening mail
- Arranging special postal deliveries and mail-out

Key Skills and Requirements
- Competent in Microsoft office
- Experience in basic accounts administration
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Confident when liaising with colleagues as well as being self-motivated, flexible, with the ability to work accurately on an independent basis.
- The successful candidate will have a positive attitude and work ethic with the ability to develop ongoing relationships.
This position is Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm.
