We have a great role for a Reception Manager/Team Assistant to join an investment firm based in the West End. This is an immediately available role with the potential to extend to a permanent hire.
Key duties:
- Manage the front of house desk
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Maintaining meeting room calendars
- Travel booking
- Organising files
- Adhoc project work
Key attributes:
- Proactive team player
- Strong computer skills
- Second language is a bonus
- Previous experience within property is a plus
