Josh of Aspire People is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Class Teacher to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching the Reception class, fostering a positive and engaging learning environment, and ensuring the academic and social development of our young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the diverse needs of Reception students.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and development.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to both students and parents.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience in teaching Reception or Early Years is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
- Up-to-date knowledge of curriculum of EYFS developments and educational best practices.
- Ability to create a positive and nurturing learning environment.
- Commitment to professional development and ongoing learning.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
