You will be joining an amazing team of people who run an amazing and existing business
This role is a combination of a front of house reception position as well as taking orders from customers.
You will:
- be the first point of contact for all visitors to the site and the face of the organisation as well as the main person answering incoming calls - dealing with queries or passing to the relevant team member
- receiving all general emails and again wither answering those emails or forwarding to the relevant people.
- take in orders from the postie and couriers and be the one to distribute this appropriately.
- not only will you be welcoming people into the premises you will also be part of the Customer Services Team, where you will be taking orders from customers via phone, email or platform and processing through the system.
- in busy periods, assist with the outgoing shipments - packing, labelling etc
All in all flexibility to support the team in any way necessary - as the whole business does - is a must.
You will need to have:
- experience in a similar position
- order processing experience
- the ability and capability work alone as well as in a team
- IT skills in Word/Excel etc
Hours can be flexible between 8am and 5:30pm - completing a 39 hour week.
Note: there is an opportunity for the role to suit school drop off hours too!
