Based front of house in this exquisitely beautiful office, your role as Receptionist will entail working alongside two other lovely Executive Assistants who are also based on the reception desk, in providing a smooth and seamless front of house and welcoming experience for the firms VIP clients and guests. As the face of the company, you will be professional, polished and friendly - always willing to go the extra mile to provide a gold standard customer service. Duties will entail answering calls, meeting & greeting, managing the meeting diary, all-round office admin, liaison with the catering team, ordering office supplies and taking on overflow Team PA responsibilities.
