Our client, a wonderful, well established company is giving you the chance to join their team as a Receptionist, representing the face and values of the company.
Duties:
- Managing the inbox for reception
- Coordinate and schedule meeting rooms, keeping them tidy
- Scanning and sorting post
- Welcome clients for meetings
- Answering phone calls and redirecting or assisting with any queries accordingly
- Be the face of the office, welcoming visitors
- Ensure any staff absences are recorded
This is an office based role, commutable via car, train and bus.
Mon-Fri
09:00-17:00
No hybrid working available.
Minimum experience: 1 year coordination, phone handling, administration
