The role:

You will be a key and valued member of Front of House team. Playing an important role in the administration and smooth running of the business.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing an exceptional Client Experience
• Greeting and hosting Clients and Advisers
• Meeting Room Management
• Office Presentation
• Managing Reception Inbox and administration Tasks
• Booking Travel for staff, advisers and clients
• Assisting and managing Events
• Switchboard
• Receipt and distribution of mail and parcels
• Facilities Assistance
• Servicing Tea and Coffee & Lunch

Pay: £23,795.00 per year
