Receptionist - Elephant & Castle, London

• Full time, permanent
• £30,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm (Flexibility needed for events)

The role of Receptionist:

• Be the first point of contact and welcome all clients and visitors, show them to the relevant meeting rooms
• Answer telephone calls, filter and take messages
• Manage meeting room bookings, confident with Outlook diary management
• Ensure meeting rooms are set up and ready for guests, tidy up after each meeting
• Order, prepare and serve refreshments to guests
• Help with setting up conference calls for meetings
• Ensure front of house is always clean and tidy
• Help with document control
• Help with booking couriers
• Book travel and accommodation for colleagues as and when requested
• Manage stationery supplies
• Carry out any other ad hoc tasks

The ideal Receptionist:

• Receptionist experience essential
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Self-starter, able to take initiative
• Warm, personable and passionate
• Strong organisational skills
• Can-do attitude with a willingness to help
