Our corporate client is seeking a part-time Receptionist to cover their front desk.
Specific Responsibilities will include:
- Meet and greet visitors, clients, and colleagues by providing a five-star welcome, ensuring visitors are looked after through to meeting their host.
- Sign in visitors according to security procedures, issue passes and inform host of visitor’s arrival, directing to meeting rooms where necessary.
- To answer the telephone in a friendly, timely and professional manner.
- Management of Access Control Cards (starters, leavers, visitors, lost and forgotten cards).
- Management of Reception emails.
- To give Access into the car park and monitor parking as requested.
- Assist with deliveries and post.
- Arrange couriers when required.
- Management of Excel Access Control for Visitors, Employees and Contractors.
- Manage and order stationery.
- To assist visitors and colleagues with queries in a knowledgeable and professional manner.
- To maintain excellent Front of House standards and always keep the reception area clean and tidy.
- To report any maintenance issues in the Reception to the FM helpdesk/IT Helpdesk/AFM (as appropriate).
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus
- Experience of working in a 5* Customer Service environment.
- Outgoing and “can do” personality with a flexible approach.
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Awareness of Health & Safety obligations in Facilities Management Industry
- Experience of working in Corporate and Industrial Facilities Maintenance environment
