The company is well established and is based in Blackburn. Your new role

• Being the first point of contact for all customers and making an exceptional first impression.
• Show visitors around the Care Home in a friendly manner.
• Ensuring documentation is maintained and kept up to date, ensuring excellent attention to detail.
• Book and amend appointments.
• Quickly responding to email queries.
• Answering inbound calls and dealing with queries where possible. Also, forwarding calls to the relevant department.
• Managing the diary and availability for meeting rooms.
• Complete all administration, including producing letters, filing, scanning and more.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience within Customer Service, Administration or Reception.
• A friendly and welcoming manner.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Willingness to help out in any area, as and when required.

What you'll get in return

• 9 Months guaranteed work.
• £24,500 Full time Equivalent.
• Role based in Blackburn.
• 09:00-17:00, Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
• The potential to become a full-time employee, following the completion of the fixed-term contract.
