Receptionist

My client, a leading and long-time successful merchant based are searching for a confident, personable and quick thinking receptionist to man their front desk within their young and engaging office based in the city. This is an amazing opportunity to join a market successful and fun team, offering ample opportunities for progression. An incredibly young, fun and hard working team, they open their arms to everyone who joins them and so people tend to stay and have long successful careers with them.

Responsibilities include:

• First point of contact for guests
• Organising meeting rooms
• Supporting with event management
• Supporting ad hoc across all departments when help is needed including PR, marketing and sales

This role will suit an up and coming graduate or someone with admin experience looking for the next step in their career within an amazing company.
