Front Desk Associate
We are looking for a dedicated Front Desk Associate to support our client to cover their front desk during business hours and act as an on-site point of contact as needed.
The ideal candidate will manage client requests while upholding service standards and ensuring all visiting guests comply with guest policy. This role is pivotal in establishing and nurturing relationships with tenants/members and guests to foster a sense of community within our building.
Day to Day of the Role:
- Serve as the first point of contact for tenants/members and guests during business hours.
- Manage and respond to client requests
- Ensure compliance with the guest policy for all visitors.
- Build rapport with tenants/members and guests to create a welcoming community atmosphere.
- Proactively anticipate the needs of tenants/members and guests, personalising their experience based on collected information.
- Provide accurate information regarding building navigation, policies, procedures, community etiquette, and more.
- Assist the Manager with building operations to ensure a high-quality working environment.
- Conduct morning walkthroughs to identify and address any issues, escalating recurring problems to the manager.
- Coordinate the move-in process for new tenants/members and facilitate a smooth transition for those moving out.
- Promote additional services available to tenants and members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to anticipate and address client needs proactively.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in a front desk or customer-facing role is preferred.
- Knowledge of building operations and management is a plus.
- Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships.
Working Monday to Friday 8-5pm, with some flexibility needed around events on site.
Salary up to 25k, with annual reviews and review held after probation period.
