Receptionist
Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to provide ad hoc support for our client in Bracknell.
The successful Receptionist will be responsible for:
- Meeting and greeting visitors entering the office and offering refreshments
- Answering the phone in a professional manner and helping to direct the call
- Ensuring the building is maintained and raising any maintenance requirements to the facilties team
- Liaising with suppliers to order stationery and equipment
- Tidying the kitchen area and putting the dishwasher on
- Opening and closing the building
The Receptionist will have:
- Previous experience of working within a Reception or facilities role
- Professional and confident telephone manner
- The ability to solve problems and multi task
- Flexibility to work ad hoc hours/days
