The RoleAs an experienced Receptionist you would provide front of house support, managing the switchboard, meeting and greeting visitors to the Liverpool office in a professional friendly manner, and providing excellent standard of customer service. Responsibilities will include - Creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for clients and third-party professionals- Maintaining meeting rooms, ensuring high levels of cleanliness, escalating any maintenance issues- Assisting in the organisation, coordination and smooth-running of meetings and events - Fielding all incoming telephone calls, in a professional, courteous and efficient manner.- Assisting in Central Business Support activities such as, managing post, booking travel, photocopying etc The CandidateThe Receptionist role will suit an adaptable, reliable and self-motived individual with experience providing a high standard of administrative and hopsitality support within a fast-paced corporate environment.
