Part-Time Receptionist

All 154 en-suite bedrooms of the Prince of Wales hotel have been tastefully designed to preserve the Victorian style of this Southport hotel. The Colonial restaurant serves excellent traditional fayre dishes and the Clubhouse bar, themed in true Golf style, has a friendly atmosphere. Due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a Night Supervisor on to the team.

As our receptionist your duties will include:

• Checking guests in and out
• Promoting food and beverage facilities.
• Providing information to guests on all hotel products and services.
• Be involved with taking payments, cash handling & balancing floats.
• Answering telephones and helping with guest queries

The successful candidate will be organised, punctual and well-presented, with excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of Opera would be advantageous.
