Description
The key responsibilities of Receptionist are:
- Greeting clients, making their refreshments
- Answering incoming phone calls, connecting them with the appropriate Partner or member of staff
- Taking messages when necessary and passing these on as soon as possible
- Opening, distributing and franking any post and going to the post office/arranging couriers
- Buying office and kitchen supplies, ensuring appropriate stock levels
- Helping the office with general IT support on our phone systems, printers, Outlook, Word, Excel and Adobe
- Helping the office with general facilities support
- Helping to organise new starters and leavers
Profile
The successful candidate will have 2 years experience as a Receptionist with exposure within a Financial Services firm.
