Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to be the welcoming face and orchestrator of our client's beauty journeys. This role is pivotal in ensuring our salon's operations run smoothly and efficiently, embodying our commitment to natural beauty and exceptional client service. You will play a key role in organizing client experiences, managing appointments, and maintaining the aesthetic and functional harmony of our front house operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Experience: Warmly greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression that aligns with GA's ethos of natural beauty and customer excellence.
- Communication: Handle phone calls with grace, provide informative responses to inquiries, take accurate messages, and direct calls to appropriate team members, ensuring every interaction reflects our brand's commitment to quality and nature-inspired serenity.
- Administrative Excellence: Perform data entry and administrative tasks with high accuracy and efficiency, maintaining the organization's standards of precision and order.
- Inventory Management: Keep track of office supplies and salon inventory, ensuring the environment is fully equipped and resonates with our natural beauty values.
- Appointment Coordination: Schedule appointments and manage calendars with attention to detail, providing a personalized and seamless scheduling experience that caters to individual beauty needs.
- Service Promotion: Actively promote our natural beauty services, treatments, and products, with a focus on those that emphasize our commitment to nature, encouraging an enhanced beauty journey for our clients.
- Salon Presentation: Maintain a pristine and organized reception area that reflects the purity and calm of nature, aligning with our brand's aesthetic and ethos.
Qualifications:
- Proven organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience in administrative roles, preferably in a beauty, wellness, or customer-centric environment.
- Strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written, with professional phone etiquette and communication skills.
- A passion for natural beauty and wellness, with an ability to connect with and enhance the customer experience.
