Receptionist
Location- Mansfield
Hours Mon-Fri 8.30am -5pm
Salary £21,000-£25,000 dept on experience and client

We are looking for a receptionist for two Mansfield based clients.

The Receptionist will act as act as a pivotal point of contact for all areas of the business as well as:

• Meeting and greeting all visitors
• Setting up meeting rooms, organising refreshments
• Assisting with the organisation of small office events
• Booking, accommodation and making travel arrangements
• Scheduling team meetings and booking conferences/training requests.
• Managing a busy inbox
• General office support and administration

The ideal candidate will have worked within a Reception, Front of house or hospitality role, as well as:

• General administration skills including managing a busy in box.
• Ability to schedule manage diaries.
• Flexibility to take on additional duties as and when requires.
• Experience of working in a busy role that requires the ability to multitask.
