Receptionist
Location- Mansfield
Hours Mon-Fri 8.30am -5pm
Salary £21,000-£25,000 dept on experience and client
We are looking for a receptionist for two Mansfield based clients.
The Receptionist will act as act as a pivotal point of contact for all areas of the business as well as:
- Meeting and greeting all visitors
- Setting up meeting rooms, organising refreshments
- Assisting with the organisation of small office events
- Booking, accommodation and making travel arrangements
- Scheduling team meetings and booking conferences/training requests.
- Managing a busy inbox
- General office support and administration
The ideal candidate will have worked within a Reception, Front of house or hospitality role, as well as:
- General administration skills including managing a busy in box.
- Ability to schedule manage diaries.
- Flexibility to take on additional duties as and when requires.
- Experience of working in a busy role that requires the ability to multitask.
