If you're the kind of person that loves providing quality customer service whilst representing a luxury brand - we have the role for you. We are looking for a smart and well-presented front of house professional.

Hours:
Saturdays 9am-5pm
Sundays 10am-4pm
Plus occasional Holiday cover during the week
Duties include:

• Meeting and greeting VIPs and clients, providing a warm and professional welcome
• Providing refreshments and associated hospitality services
• Ensuring guests are well looked after
• Coordinating diaries and managing individual client requirements
• Answering telephones and resolving enquiries
• Associated administration duties including back-office support (database, diaries, emails)

Skills/Experience Required

• Previous experience working within the elite service sector (hospitality, beauty, luxury brand, or similar)
• Confident communication skills with the ability to build rapport with people at all levels
• Good attention to detail
• Customer-focused
• Reliability is a must!

Further information:

• We will consider one candidate to work every weekend, or 2 candidates for the role, making the hours every other weekend plus shared holiday cover.
• The contract is temporary ongoing, currently set to be reviewed in December 2024.
• Perfect for a student!
