Receptionist:
Gravesend
Salary: 23,000- 27,000
Monday- Friday 8am-5:30pm

We are currently seeking a receptionist to join a leading company within their sector based in Gravesend. They have brand new, modern look office and facilities. We are looking for candidates that are hands on and have great organisation skills. The atmosphere is welcoming and respected, making it an ideal workplace for those who are self-motivated and thrive in planning and ad hoc tasks. If you are self-motivated and organised, then this could be the role for you!
Duties:
- Warmly welcoming and assisting visitors and contractors
- Managing incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate departments
- Ordering office supplies and keeping up to date with stock
- Organising files
- Coordinating meal bookings and providing hospitality support
- Proactively undertaking various ad hoc duties around the office
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in front-of-house roles
- Strong communication skills
- Have great organisation skills
- Proactive and self-initiative approach to tasks
