Receptionist

We have a fantastic opportunity for a part time receptionist to join our team based at Gainsborough Health Clinic.

• Hours of Work 16 hours per week
• Monday Friday no set shifts, must be flexible as this is to cover sickness and leave across the sites in Gainsborough and Lincoln.
• Pay - £11.55 per hour
• Training will be provided
• DBS and Driving Licence required

About the role:

• This role will coordinate administrative and secretarial services for the Operations Team including supervision of reception and admin staff and delivery of administrative function in line with policies and procedures, though the provision of supervision and support to the office administrative team.
• You will also support the team with the management of information gathering, undertaking enquiries, as and when necessary, and preparation of complex documents, presentations and correspondence.
• To be considered for this role you will have NVQ 3, relevant certification or equivalent experience
