Your new roleMeeting and greeting guests with a welcoming smile, working the switchboard, booking out meeting rooms, taking deliveries and general administration is going to be all part of this brilliant new role registered exclusively with Hays. We are looking for a candidate with first-class communication and customer service skills, you should have Microsoft office experience and a can-do attitude.
What you'll need to succeedYou will be professional and customer orientated with superb interpersonal skills, you must be immaculately presented and have the ability to remain calm under pressure. You will need access to your own vehicle due to the location.
