Receptionist

We are recruiting for several front of house applicants for this city centre company. Working in a busy front of house, the successful applicants will be open to working ad hoc days on both a full and part time basis. Responsible for the meeting and greeting of clients and visitors, you will also be managing the booking and preparation of meeting rooms as well as providing administrative support to the wider team. This will be an ad hoc role, the successful candidate could be working either full or part time. This is a busy role, where you will be supported by a great team, the ideal applicants will be;

• Available immediately
• Able to commit to ad hoc shifts between the hours of 7am-6pm
• Excellent front of house experience
• Strong administration experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in all MS Office packages
