Our client is a leading Private Equity finance organisation with a strong commitment to innovation and excellence. With a team of dedicated professionals and a dynamic work environment, our client has a strong track record of success in the industry. They are now seeking a talented and enthusiastic Receptionist to join their team on full time permanent basis.
As a Receptionist, you will be the face of our client's organisation, providing exceptional service to visitors and maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and welcoming visitors with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Answering and directing phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner
- Managing the organisation's appointments and meeting room schedules
- Booking travel and organising meetings for 2 x Directors
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Assisting with administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Providing general support to the office and executive team
- Maintaining the Petty Cash.
- Fire alarm testing every Friday
The ideal Receptionist:
- Must have 8 years proven experience in a Reception role
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or similar role, preferably in a finance or corporate environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- A positive, calm, professional and customer-oriented mindset
- Hours - Monday - Friday 8.45am-6pm - fully office based
