My clients are looking for a friendly and professional receptionist to join their luxury office in Surbiton. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills and be able to multitask effectively. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact and responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and performing various administrative tasks.

The responsibilities will include:

• Greet and welcome visitors• Answer and screen incoming telephone calls, both transferring and gate keeping as necessary• Respond to all email-based inquiries• Work closely with the wider facilities team, assisting with London-based projects• Distribution of incoming post• Coordinate courier services & book taxis as and when needed• Ensure meeting rooms are clean and stocked before and after meetings and training session• Managing the stationary cupboard, ensuring all stock is replenished, ordering more when needed• Working under the direction of the Facilities Team to assist with the general organisation and upkeep of the London Office• Liaising and coordinating with external contractors and suppliers• Assist with fleet management of company cars• Diary management of all important and recurring dates in the facilities calendar

Candidates need to have:

• Previous experience in a client facing role• Confident working with Word, Excel, Outlook & Teams• Strong administration skills with a high level of accuracy• Organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively• Confident on the phone
