Our family run, five-star holiday park is seeking a Reception & Bookings Administrator to join our busy team in bringing a memorable experience to our guests for another year in business!

The Role

We work in an environment that focuses on hard work and positivity. We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service with a smile on their face. You will be a key member of the team, understanding all about Hendra and what the Park has to offer. Furthermore, enabling you to answer guest queries in person and on the phone, as well as handling new bookings, payments, and guest feedback. You will welcome guests on arrival, making them feel at home and provide a fantastic start to their holiday. No two days are the same at Hendra so the ability to adapt and stay professional is imperative. You will also work closely with other departments across the park, especially Housekeeping, Maintenance and Wardens.
Working hours are up to 30hrs per week between 8am – 10pm Monday to Friday including weekends and bank holidays.

What we’re looking for:

To have a genuine and warm approach, with standout people skills whilst being Professional with a positive attitude to your work. Strong attention to detail and to be IT savvy is a must. We would like you to be organised and self motivated with strong communication skills both written and spoken.
It’s a great team here at Hendra and both managers and fellow employees support and work together. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a ‘can do’ attitude and to love the buzz of being busy.
