Receptionist

Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Hull, HU1 area

Pay rate: £11.50 per hour £18,000 anual

Contract: Temporary, Monday-Friday, 8am-2pm

Responsibilities:

• Meeting and greeting visitors.
• Support the setup of meeting rooms, conference areas, and special events asneeded.
• Report and address minor maintenance issues such as changing light bulbs, fixingleaks, or assisting with office equipment.
• Communicate effectively with other staff members to address any specific cleaning ormaintenance needs.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Great communication skills
