Are you an enthusiastic, outgoing and organised individual who is looking for a rewarding and challenging role in a friendly and supportive school? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a receptionist in a permanent position.

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, parents and students, and you will provide a high-quality service that reflects the values and ethos of our school. You will be based in the main office, where you will need to have the ability to prioritise workload, be organised and work calmly in a busy environment. You will also be responsible for managing the absence management system on Sims, organising and setting up parents evenings and working flexibly with the reception team.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- A friendly and professional manner- A proactive and flexible approach to work- Good IT skills and experience of using Sims or similar software- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people

The working hours are 35 hours per week, from 8:15am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday, term time only. The pay will be pro rata £16,891.00 - £17,173.08, depending on experience and qualifications.
