Receptionist

An award winning and innovative co-working business space is seeking an individual with a natural love of meeting clients and visitors to their stunning creative studio in Chelsea.

They are looking for an experienced receptionist to join the FOH team on a part-time basis every morning.

Candidates must live within 3 miles or 30 minutes commute of Fulham Broadway or Imperial Wharf station.

Hours of work are 8am to 1.30pm, you need to be a reliable timekeeper as you will be opening the studios every day.

Duties include

Meeting and greeting visitors and clients

Answering the switchboard, taking calls and messages

Deal with client enquiries

Handling the post and deliveries

Booking the conference rooms

Dealing with email queries

Ordering stock and stationery

Doing building checks and ensure the meeting rooms are always tidy

Filing and some ad hoc administration

The criteria for this role is:

• Reception experience is essential
• Lives close by - no long commute
• Wants part time work specifically
